Chances are we've seen them and are working on removing them and banning the spammer, but please do as Marcus has mentioned and just hit the notify mod button. 
What if we didn't realize that something was spam and clicked on the link?
I did that this morning with one that said free cheerios. Are we suppose to do something if we make a mistake?

I would strongly encourage you to run your anti-virus program, just to be on the safe side.
